We have a week off for Thanksgiving, so I'm taking time for myself and my family and friends, mostly. Just enjoying it and relaxing.

I've still been drawing here and there, not much. I've been focusing on school more, and so far it's paying off, if that 96 in AP Lit is anything to go by. 8) Very proud of that.

I also got accepted into my first-choice college today. I'm so thrilled. I'm going for an English/Creative Writing major. Must say I'm quite happy. ^3^

I also ordered my DREAM boots off of Amazon today. They were over 50% off, since Black Friday started earlier on Amazon. So, originally $200, I got these babies for $84. I'm so happy about that. I've wanted them for almost a year, but resigned myself to never owning a pair because a)they were effing expensive and b)the company no longer made them anymore. I was VERY lucky today. Got the last pair in stock, and they were in my size. MY SIZE. It's like they were made for me. e_e I'm excited, can't you tell?

It was between those boots and a new TV, since my old one of maybe five years died. I said fuck the TV. I'll probably never find another pair of those boots so cheap, much less in stock, and even less so in my size so I got 'em.

Other than that, though, I'm just enjoying my leisure time while I have it. I know my first semester of college is going to be hell.

I'll try and get some sketches done and put up. I did something last night, spur of the moment, for my Graveyard Keeto on Subeta. It's a tad small but I think I'll put it up anyway.
